This 1905 brick and terra cotta façade had been badly damaged by a 1970's modernization that had clad it with black glass and steel. A mixture of solid block and thin-shell production techniques were used to reproduce the damaged and missing terra cotta elements as well as the missing rooftop cornice. See #11.
