An applicator employee MUST be appointed this duty. Any equipment, such as spray guns and compressed air nozzles, that can produce a static charge must be grounded. Work clothes must be of a material, such as cotton, that does not generate static charges. Beware of synthetic materials. Shoes shall not have metal sole plates, because these cause sparking. See #2.
