...in concrete slabs on grade It’s a fact of life, concrete cracks. However, with Form-A-Key CRACK-A-SLAB, you can determine exactly where you want it to crack. To install: Run a string line along the slab where you intend the concrete to crack. Gradually, insert CRACK-A-SLAB vertically into slab until it is flush with the tip of the slab.
