If your unit has an ash pan, make sure it is seated properly, completely closed, and the gasket is sealing good. You can check the main door gasket by using a dollar bill. Open the door of the unit and insert the dollar bill about halfway into the door. Close and latch the door. Try to pull the dollar bill out. See #4.
