When the removal of posts is required, this extra heavy duty system using a standard 2 1/4" post, heavy 2" inner sleeve and "cement in" floor socket will meet the most rigorous application. Unscrewing the top cap on the post releases the post and tightening the top cap locks the post firmly in place. See #3.
