Akron CSO Rack 40 & 31
The basin is equipped with submersible pumps to pump the stored sewage back to the combined sewers. The project includes 42”, 78” and 108” sewer pipes, 18” force main, 6” water main, and installation of over 1000 soil anchors to resist uplift forces on the basin.
