Isothane PIRTHANE® "O" Spray foam
The Solution: 85mm of Pirthane® HR, polyurethane foam, sprayed directly to the underside of the concrete soffit, achieved a 0.25 W/m2K U-value. Pirthane® FPC intumescent coating was then applied to the foam. This composite that we call Pirthane® ‘0’ complies with the requirements for a Class 0 surface when tested to BS476 Parts 6 & 7.
