SIDER-POOL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - SIDER-OXYDRO, INC. MIXING INSTRUCTIONS Mix 4 to 4 1/4 quarts (4 to 4 1/4 liters) of clean, potable water to each bag of Sider-Pool. Mix in a clean standard batch mixer for no less than 5 minutes to yield a good plasticity and homogeneous mix. You may adjust the amount of water added per bag to the desired consistency.
