Flexible Materials
Different than a blister, which occurs after application Burl A swirl or twist in the grain of the wood which usually occurs near a knot or crotch but does not contain knot. Cambium A thin layer of tissue between the bark and the wood in a tree which repeatedly subdivides to form new wood and bark cells. Catalyst A hardener for resin adhesives. See #2
