CertainTeed Corporation offers building owners added peace of mind with the Integrity Coverage Program, a warranty and maintenance program for the company’s low-slope roof systems.

The improved offering, available exclusively to Gold Star Credentialed Contractors, provides building owners 25-year warranty coverage for select, premium CertainTeed low-slope roof systems and covers leaks resulting from any defect in the CertainTeed roofing materials or the installation workmanship.
CertainTeed provides three options within the program, providing increased levels of inspection and maintenance coverage to keep CertainTeed roofs performing at the highest level for many years after installation: Integrity No Dollar Limit (NDL) Coverage, Integrity Assurance Coverage, Integrity Maintenance Coverage.

Integrity NDL Coverage includes premium details and system specifications, final roof inspection and two-year inspection by a qualified roof consultant, annual maintenance reminders with checklists, and a 25-year transferable NDL warranty.
Integrity Assurance Coverage includes all elements of the company’s Integrity NDL Coverage, as well as annual roof inspections conducted by CertainTeed Gold Star Contractors, and inspection reports and maintenance recommendations also provided by Gold Star Contractors.
The third level of the program is Integrity Maintenance Coverage which includes all elements of the first two levels, plus semi-annual inspections and maintenance for 10 years conducted by a CertainTeed Gold Star Contractor. Specifically, maintenance includes cleaning of outlets, scuppers and drains; repairs relating to manufacturing defects; installation workmanship issues and/or normal wear of the roof membrane and membrane flashings; recoating if applicable; upkeep of components such as insulation, metal and coping; and post-storm emergency inspections conducted by Gold Star Contractors. In addition, Integrity Coverage Maintenance Coverage gives building owners the option to extend maintenance agreement three times in five-year increments.
