Wilson-Mohr announced today that it has acquired INTEC Controls, Inc., a HVAC products and solutions provider. Following the acquisition, INTEC Controls will operate independently to preserve its successful brand and dedicated clientele.
The acquisition continues Wilson-Mohr’s fast growing expansion into the commercial building automation controls marketplace. The combination of Wilson-Mohr’s 40 years of industrial controls expertise and INTEC Controls 17 years in Commercial controls systems will provide more comprehensive solutions for both company’s customers.
