Systemates Inc., the leading provider of construction program program management software, announced today that Ventura County has implemented Projectmates online software. The County's Engineering Services Department, part of its Public Works Agency, provides a wide range of services including capital program and project management, facilities contracting, and land development.
"Projectmates will help us to track and manage the numerous submittals, RFIs and Change Orders for the project, which were more laborious to manage before," said Susan Pan, Project Manager for the Engineering Services Department.
Projectmates provides over 40 different workflow modules out-of-the-box, making it one of the most comprehensive construction program management software products. The County is using Projectmates to track its project budget and commitments. Project documents, RFIs, and submittals are now managed electronically from one centralized location. Information is accessible online via a web browser anytime, in the field or office. Moving from traditional paper processes and manual tracking to a cloud platform has proved to be a big time saver for the County.
